Xenia Kourtoglou

Xenia Kourtoglou, alumna of Pierce and Deree Colleges, started her business career in 1985, still a student, and mother of a 2-year old daughter and in 1988 founded Focus Bari, a leading Market Research Agency in Greece, with local and international activity and recognition.

In May 2014, Xenia won the Hellenic Entrepreneurship Award with a new startup, “e-satisfaction”, the #1 humanized marketing platform, which is already used by the top 200 Greek retail stores (online/offline), promoting 360 CX and loyalty in the retail business.
